PEServices is HIRING: Senior Electrical Engineer/Project Manager
PEServices is hiring in our Dallas office.  Below are the details of the position.

Job Description

Our dynamic, fun, and high paced national engineering firm has an immediate need for a Senior Electrical Engineering/Project Manager in our Dallas office.  We have a diversity of work with a wide variety of clients in almost all 50 states.  Our primary markets include Senior Living, Entertainment and Resorts, Restaurants, Retail Centers, and Office Fit-outs.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers and designers to ensure the team enjoys working together as your client’s needs are met
  • Oversee all aspects of assigned projects, to include maintaining budgets, coordination with other disciplines, hands on design
  • Schedule and Staff management

Desired Skills & Experience



Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years MEP engineering or architecture experience
  • Fast paced environment with a variety of project experience a big plus
  • Well rounded knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Architecture
  • AutoCad and Revit experience a must.

Brain Selander Finishes IronMan with Personal Best
We would like to congratulate Brian Selander, of our PE-Services team. Brian competed in the Louisville IronMan competition this weekend.  Brain finished with a personal best, cutting more than 40 minutes off his previous best.  He finished in 17th place in his division with a time of 10:44:56. Below is a picture of Brian after the race.

Welcome Scott Ludlum, PE!

Scott Ludlum is currently responsible for Project Management and Mechanical and Plumbing systems design at PE-Services. He is experienced at the design of commercial, educational, governmental and institutional projects throughout the United States. This includes the design of mechanical systems from central utility plants (CUP’s) to DX packaged equipment.  He attended Kansas State University receiving a Bachelors of Science in Architectural Engineering.  Scott is also a registered professional engineer in the State of Texas and is a member of the American Society of Heating and Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers, Dallas Chapter.  He has over 10 years of Mechanical Engineering experience.  PE-Services is excited to add Scott to our team!

Entry Level Sales Representative Position Open- Dallas, Fort Worth Area

Job Description

Primary Function:
The sales representative's key responsibilities include developing new prospects to increase sales of the organization's services. This position begins as an inside sales position with a large portion of the job being making phone calls to set appointments for senior level sales representatives. In addition to calling, the successful candidate will be trained about our firm’s capabilities and selling points as well as our sales process.  Our goal would be to train the candidate to transition quickly to an outside sales position.

Specific Responsibilities:
Developing new business prospects through cold-calling and other methods
Developing and implementing selling strategies with customers
Adhere to the company sales model
Attend all required company trainings and sales functions
Accurately document all sales activity and sales leads into the tracking system
Follow all company standards and formats in presentations, proposals, and professionalism

Desired Skills & Experience

Required Competencies:
Interest in Sales. No prior business to business sales experience is needed; however, we do look for candidates who have proven track records of success in school/academics, employment, and/or extracurricular activities
Previous sales experience – telemarketing, door to door sales, ect. – a plus
Goal-oriented, and thrive in a reward-based atmosphere
Excellent written and verbal communications, as well as positive interpersonal skills
Strong competitive attitude demonstrating self-motivation and exceptional work ethic
Driven. Self-discipline to work without minimal direct supervision
Organizational and time management skills
Be ethical in dealings with customers and co-workers
Education:

Bachelor’s degree required.

Professional services or construction experience a plus.

Convoy of Hope


PE-Service prides itself on being a company that gives back to the community.  Last weekend, Staff members from PE-Services participated in a Convoy of Hope event in Dayton, OH.   They were able to help provide over 8,000 people lunch, medical care, and groceries.  Staff members also served in the Kids Area and clothing tent.  Craig Slaughterbeck, VP at PE-Services, even helped with traffic safety.  This was a great event that PE-Services was blessed to be a part of.
