At PE-Services, we take communication very seriously. It all starts with understanding the Clients wants and needs, and we have found no better way to uncover these “wants and needs” than thru simple old fashion communication. This commitment to communication is present in every aspect of our daily activities. When we establish initial contact with a potential client, our goal is to discover what is important to them when they hire a specific MEP consultant. Through asking questions, we learn that communication and responsiveness from the team at all levels is most important to our clients. From digging a little deeper, we usually discover clients are not looking for anything out of the ordinary. A few examples include: Providing accurate information and updates, answering phone calls, returning calls, replying to emails, picking up our phone and calling the client when there is a question or issue during the design. And yes, they are looking for this in a timely manner.
