Versona Accessories - 40 Stores by September 2012
 PE-Services provides MEP design for Versona Accessories as part of a retail roll-out program, including those located in: Charlotte, NC; Allen, TX; Baton Rouge, LA; Murfreesboro, TN and Lakeland, FL. These projects range from 7,000 - 10,000 SF. They have Linear Diffusers and High-End Light Fixtures. As well as, the entire ceiling is made of dry wall - no metal grids. PES Commitment to Communication
At PE-Services, we take communication very seriously. It all starts with understanding the Clients wants and needs, and we have found no better way to uncover these “wants and needs” than thru simple old fashion communication. This commitment to communication is present in every aspect of our daily activities. When we establish initial contact with a potential client, our goal is to discover what is important to them when they hire a specific MEP consultant. Through asking questions, we learn that communication and responsiveness from the team at all levels is most important to our clients. From digging a little deeper, we usually discover clients are not looking for anything out of the ordinary. A few examples include: Providing accurate information and updates, answering phone calls, returning calls, replying to emails, picking up our phone and calling the client when there is a question or issue during the design. And yes, they are looking for this in a timely manner. What does this mean to our clients and potential clients? When you work with PE-Services you can rely on prompt and accurate communication. This is at every stage of a project and with every department at PE-Services. We find that most, if not all issues can be avoided or resolved by simple communication. This is a Principle that is adapted by everyone at PE-Services.
