The Hyatt Regency in Cincinnati, OH was originally built in 1984. PE-Services and mbi | k2m Architecture Inc. took on a renovation of this building in Spring of 2012.
The new Hyatt will have a more modern design. These modern design includes updates to the lobby, restaurant, majority of public space and all guest rooms. In the lobby, a new "blacklit, sculptural wall behind the reception desk", with new porcelain tile, and new modern decor helped revamp this hotel. The restaurant is being given a more "industrial flair" inspired by "the history of brewing in Cincinnati."
This renovation is scheduled to be completed by summer of 2013.
