First, on behalf of all of the PE-Services Team across our three regional offices, I would like to thank you for allowing us to service your MEP engineering needs. Second, I hope you are having a very good year, both in your business and in your life away from work. If not, I pray that the remainder of 2011 will be blessed for you, your staff, and your families.
While we are having a very good year on almost every front, we understand that if we do not continually improve the way we serve our valued clients, we will not be able to continue the strong growth that we anticipate. So, PE-Services will be making a couple of changes to more precisely reflect our vision and to more adequately gain feedback from you.
Updated Tagline and Website
Effective immediately we have updated our tagline to Engineering for Your Success. This update has been made to more accurately represent our vision to “Build Mutually Beneficial Relationships throughout the United States”. It is my goal, as the leader of PE-Services, to strive to have a team that not only provides Engineering Services, but does so in a way that makes you a success both in the eyes of your clients and on your bottom-line. You will be seeing a new and improved website that features many client comments, as well as a sample of the many exciting projects that we have been working on.
Your feedback is crucial to your success
In order for PE-Services to better serve you and ensure your success on future projects, we will be sending a short four question survey to you at the conclusion of each major project or at least once per quarter, so as not to overwhelm you with surveys. Your feedback will come directly to me and I encourage you to provide honest feedback, as we will do our best to continually implement improvements to our performance to ensure the success of your projects.
